The burr affects the surface appearance of the product and has a bad effect on the production. So, in the face of burr, as a manufacturer, how to solve it?
The common deburring method of zinc alloy die-casting enterprises is manual deburring, using sandpaper, grinding head and other tools to remove the burr on the surface of zinc alloy die casting parts. However, this method is inefficient and only suitable for products with simple structure.
Secondly, mold deburring and grinding deburring are also more commonly used. It is suitable for zinc alloy die casting with simple parting surface, and its effect is better than that by hand; grinding deburring is deburring by sand blasting, roller and vibration, but the effect is not ideal, which may require subsequent manual or other methods, which is more complex in the production process.
In addition to the above three common deburring methods, there are freezing method, thermal explosion method, engraving machine method, chemical method, electrolysis method, high pressure water jet method and ultrasonic deburring method. It is very important to deal with the burr in zinc alloy casting correctly.
