Foshan Nanhai Heyi Hardware Co.,Ltd. was established in 2010, our factory site covers an  area of over 20,000 square meters. Currently employing 152 employee. Our Company are focusing on the research and development, manufacturing, and processing of metal products, with core businesses including aluminum alloy die-casting, mold design and manufacturing, precision machining, Impregnation, and surface spraying. We mainly produce die-casting components in the fields of automobiles, motorcycles, new energy EV motors and car, 5G communication, and lighting.

Our company has 15 aluminum die-casting machines ranging from 300 to 1650 tons, equipped with more than 70 pcs of CNC machining centers, 3 pcs of 3MM measuring instruments, 1 pcs of material composition analyzer, 1 pcs of X-ray inspector together with other high-precision equipment to achieve efficient production of complex structural components.   

Our company also with advanced die-casting processes, modern design and management software, together with a team of sophisticated senior engineers in industry. We have been awarded the title of High-Tech Enterprise and established a high-performance aluminum alloy precision die-casting parts engineering technology research center, accumulating 28 patents (including 1 invention patent).   

Our company has passed ISO9001, 14001, 45001, and IATF16949 system certifications, strengthening production standardization, intelligence performance, and ensuring employee health and safety. Quality of our company's products is widely recognized. Most of the products are exported to countries all over the world, such as Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.
